One response from one AI engine to one prompt. 10 prompts × 6 engines × daily = ~1,800 answers a month.
With money on your balance, nothing stops: each answer past the allowance is charged from it at your plan's rate, $0.025 ($0.02 on the 25K plan). Without a balance, or with overage switched off, tracking pauses until your next billing month or until you top up. You get an email at 80%, 90% and 100% of the allowance.
Prepaid funds in your account for answers past your allowance and for guest posts. Top up from $50, or turn on auto top-up. Your first top-up switches overage on, and you can switch it off at any time. The balance does not expire and is not refunded.
No. The allowance resets every billing month, counted from the day you subscribed.
At the price of each site. Publisher shows the price before you approve, and you're charged only after the post is live.
Yes, from Billing in the app. A larger size applies at once, with the difference prorated for the rest of the month. A smaller one starts with your next billing month.
We retry the card three times over seven days and email you after each failed attempt. Tracking keeps running in that week. If the last attempt fails, the subscription ends and tracking stops; your data is kept for 60 days, so paying again within that time picks up where you left off.
Daily or weekly, on every plan, and you choose which. Daily runs every prompt once every 24 hours on every engine you have selected, which gives you a comparable trend line across dates and engines. Weekly is enough for a category that moves slowly, and it stretches the same answer allowance over more prompts.
A prompt is one question you want to track, for example best CRM for startups or alternatives to Notion. Most brands start with 20 to 50 prompts covering their main categories, comparison queries and competitor names. Fifty is enough for a single product. Agencies managing several clients usually need a few hundred.
